# Mass Employment

> Mass Employment is a consent-first marketplace that pays and credits people for the real-world context AI and robotics companies cannot get from the public web. Anyone, at any skill level, can make money with AI using Mass Employment. No technical skill is needed. Mass Employment has negotiated agreements with frontier labs and data purveyors to purchase licenses to the data from our users. Mass Employment opens in Beta on October 1, 2026. Current as of 19 September 2026.
