Term

A license runs for the access term and the training term shown on the offer. They are separate. We never promise a model can forget.

Rights

You license a unit you created for a call. You keep your files and your rights to them. The buyer gets what the license says and nothing more, and prohibited uses are written on it.

Revocation

You can withdraw an offer before you accept a license. After acceptance, what happens on withdrawal is stated on the license: future runs stop, and raw copies are deleted or refunds apply, as the call chose.

Credit

You choose how you are credited: legal name, pseudonym, registry only or private. You can change the default any time; existing licenses keep the choice you made.

Payment timing

A stipend posts when your inspection completes. A production payment posts when the buyer accepts the unit or 14 days after their receipt if they do nothing. You withdraw above the minimum for your rail, and a monthly batch runs on the first business day.

Dispute path

Every rejection carries a reason. You can appeal within 30 days; a person at Mass Employment decides and both sides read the reasoning. Ownership disputes follow the evidence ladder, and an undecided item stays frozen rather than awarded.

Broad liability release

You release Mass Employment from claims arising from a buyer use of a unit within its license, and from losses caused by your own device, storage or credentials, to the extent the law allows. This is a broad release and you should read it in full.

Tax

We collect a W-9 at your first withdrawal and file the forms the law requires; we tell you which form and why.
