Terms of service

You must be at least 18, live in the United States and be able to enter a contract. The service records the exact terms version and acceptance time. If no active signed version is available, enrollment stops.

You are responsible for your credentials and recovery keys. The private vault runs on your device. Mass Employment does not move, rename, edit or delete your source files. Keep your own backups.

Cataloging is not listing. Listing, permitting inspection, making an offer, accepting a license and delivering a unit are separate actions. You can decline any call. A buyer must fund a call before inspection begins.

You must have the right to create and license each unit you offer. You keep ownership of your source files. A buyer receives only the rights written in the unit-specific license you accept. Your credit choice is recorded with that license.

Each call shows its price and evaluation rules before you act. Payment records post after acceptance or after the response window stated in the call. A rejection includes a reason. You can use the stated appeal process within its deadline.

Do not submit work you lack rights to, evade eligibility or account controls, interfere with the service, introduce harmful code, manipulate evaluation, impersonate another person or use another person's credentials.

We may restrict an account to protect people, evidence, money or the service. A restriction includes a reason and an appeal path when the law allows it. Account deletion removes ordinary account data after the disclosed hold. Contract, payment, tax, fraud-prevention and legal-hold records may remain for their required periods.

The service is provided as available. We do not promise that a call will exist, that a buyer will select an offer or that use will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, Mass Employment is not responsible for losses caused by your device, storage, credentials, unauthorized work or a buyer acting outside a license.

The signed records, receipts and stated evidence ladder govern service decisions. Pennsylvania law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. Unless the law requires another forum, disputes may be brought in state or federal courts serving Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

A material change receives a new version and requires acceptance before a new commercial action. Questions can be sent to legal@massemployment.com.
