Who buys the data?
Mass Employment has negotiated agreements with frontier labs and data purveyors to purchase licenses to the data from our users. You stay in control: your files are processed on your device, and nothing is licensed without your say.
Is my data valuable on its own?
A single person’s data is not enough to get purchased on its own. Bulk combinations of many people’s data are valuable. Mass Employment puts yours together with other people’s, and that is what a buyer licenses.

No, there is no fee to join and nothing to buy. The platform share is 20% on a first license and 10% on a repeat license, and it comes only out of money a buyer pays. You see it in dollars and percent on every offer before you accept.

People who live in the United States and are 18 or older.
Do my files get uploaded?
Your files are processed on your device. Listing sends only the information you approve. A delivery sends only the files you approve, encrypted before they leave your device. It may pass through our temporary relay, and we cannot decrypt it.
Will my data be used to train Ai without my consent?
No. We do not train models on your data. Buyers train only under licenses you signed.
