Privacy policy

Your source files, file names, paths, private notes, previews and local vault stay on your device. The private try flow does not require an account. Your browser controls file access, and you can revoke that access.

If you create an account, we receive your email address, state, age eligibility result, credential records, recovery events and the versions you accepted. Payment providers may receive identity, bank and tax details needed to pay you. Mass Employment stores only the references and records required to operate and reconcile those services.

A listing can include broad file type, quarter, county, counts, tags and fingerprints used to recognize copies. It does not include the source file, an exact location or private notes. Turning listing off deletes active listing rows, subject to evidence needed for an existing signed transaction.

A unit you approve is encrypted on your device and sent directly to the buyer's approved storage. Mass Employment receives delivery receipts and signed evidence, not the payload or its key.

We use service data to authenticate you, operate calls, record consent, prevent duplicate or prohibited transactions, calculate money, support appeals, meet legal duties and protect the service. First-party analytics use an allowlist that excludes file names, paths, item identifiers, search text, answers and email addresses.

The listing system refuses information about health, faith, sexuality, immigration, children and other prohibited sensitivity classes. We do not use face recognition.

We disclose only what is needed to the buyer you chose, payment and tax providers, infrastructure providers, professional advisers or authorities when legally required. Retention follows the published service profile. Account deletion has a 14-day safety hold. Signed contract, payment, tax, fraud-prevention and legal-hold records may remain for their required periods.

You can export your account record, correct account details, turn listing off and request deletion from Settings. We process applicable state privacy requests and appeals through privacy@massemployment.com. We verify a request before disclosing or changing account data.

The service is not for anyone under 18. A material change receives a new version and effective date. The version you accepted remains in the transaction record.

No. We do not train models on your data. Buyers train only under licenses you signed.
